How long does it take to manufacture my first order?
Production timelines depend on the complexity of your formula and order size. Private label products using our existing formulations typically take 4-6 weeks from order placement to delivery. Custom formulations require additional time for development and testing, usually 8-12 weeks from formula approval to finished products.
What information do I need to provide to get started?
To begin, we need: 1) Your product concept and target market, 2) Preferred format (capsules, powder, tablets, etc.), 3) Estimated order quantity, 4) Timeline expectations, and 5) Any specific ingredient requirements or preferences. Our team will guide you through the rest of the process.
Do you offer samples before placing a full order?
Yes! For private label products, we can provide samples of our existing formulations. For custom formulations, we create prototype samples for your approval before moving to full production. Sample costs vary depending on the product type and complexity.

Can you create custom formulas?

Can you match or improve an existing formula?
Yes, if you have an existing formula you’d like to replicate or improve, our formulation team can analyze it and create an optimized version. We can suggest improvements for better absorption, taste, stability, or cost-effectiveness while maintaining or enhancing efficacy.

What certifications does your facility have?
Our facility is GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified, HACCP certified, ISO 9001 certified, and registered with the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFSA). We maintain full compliance with EU food supplement regulations and undergo regular third-party audits to ensure continued compliance.
How do you ensure product quality?
Quality is ensured through multiple checkpoints: 1) Raw material testing upon receipt, 2) In-process quality checks during manufacturing, 3) Finished product testing for potency, purity, and contamination, 4) Stability testing, and 5) Microbiological testing. Every batch receives a Certificate of Analysis before release.
What testing do you perform on finished products?

Can I use my own packaging materials?
Yes, you can supply your own packaging materials if they meet our quality and safety standards. We’ll need to review and approve the materials before use to ensure compatibility with our filling equipment and to verify they meet regulatory requirements.
Do you handle labeling and compliance?
Yes, we ensure all labels comply with EU food supplement regulations including: ingredient lists, nutrition facts, allergen declarations, usage instructions, and mandatory warnings. We review and approve all labels before production begins.
Pricing & Payment
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on several factors: formula complexity, ingredient costs, manufacturing format, order quantity, and packaging requirements. Generally, larger orders receive better per-unit pricing. We provide detailed quotes including all costs (manufacturing, materials, testing, packaging) with no hidden fees.
What are the payment terms?
For new clients, we typically require 50% deposit upon order confirmation and 50% before shipment. Established clients may qualify for different payment terms. We accept bank transfers and can work with Letters of Credit for larger orders.
Are there additional costs beyond manufacturing?
The main costs include: raw materials, manufacturing, packaging materials, labeling, quality testing, and shipping. Additional optional services include: formula development, stability testing, custom testing, storage, and fulfillment services. We provide transparent pricing for all services.
Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
Yes, our pricing scales with order volume. Larger quantities generally result in better per-unit pricing due to economies of scale. We also offer preferential pricing for long-term partnerships and repeat clients.
Logistics & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We have experience exporting to over 50 countries across Europe, North America, Asia, and beyond. We handle all export documentation and work with reliable freight forwarders to ensure safe delivery.
What are the shipping costs and timeframes?
Shipping costs vary based on destination, order size, and shipping method. Within the EU, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. International shipments can take 1-4 weeks depending on customs clearance. We provide shipping quotes before order confirmation.
Do you offer warehousing and fulfillment?
Yes, we offer storage and fulfillment services. We can store your finished products in our warehouse and ship individual orders to your customers or retailers. This is ideal for brands that want to maintain low inventory and avoid warehousing costs.
How are products packaged for shipping?

Do you assist with product registration?
We provide all necessary documentation for product registration in EU countries, including: product specifications, Certificates of Analysis, manufacturing documentation, and safety data sheets. While we don’t handle the registration process directly, we support you with all required technical documentation.
What documentation do you provide with orders?
Each order includes: Certificate of Analysis (CoA), product specifications, ingredient declarations, allergen statements, GMO declarations, and batch records. We can provide additional documentation as needed for regulatory compliance or customs clearance.
Are your products compliant with EU regulations?
Yes, all our products are manufactured in compliance with EU food supplement regulations (Directive 2002/46/EC). We stay current with regulatory changes and ensure all formulations, labels, and claims meet current requirements.
Can you manufacture organic or certified products?
